Neapolitan-style pizzas baked to order in a wood-fired oven, served fresh and hot throughout your event.
The Forno Via trailer arrives on site, and the team prepares and serves each pizza in front of your guests.
Abundant grazing tables of cured meats, cheeses, fresh and dried fruit, vegetables, breads and accompaniments, styled for the room.
An optional dessert course, prepared by hand — such as individual house-made tiramisu and cannoli — to close the evening.
Forno Via catering — priced separately from design
Minimum of 40 guests. Artisan pizza catering includes a three-hour service. Availability depends on the venue permitting outside catering and mobile-trailer access. Catering is never included in Events by Juna design pricing.
