Answers to the questions we hear most, about our design services, process and what we do and don’t provide.
General
What services do you provide?
Full-service event design and décor: creative direction, custom art and fabrication, florals, premium linens, tablescapes, lighting, curated rentals and professional installation. We do not provide wedding planning or day-of coordination.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Greater Seattle and the Pacific Northwest, including Seattle, Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Woodinville, Edmonds and Bothell.
Process
How do I book?
Start an inquiry with your event details. After a consultation, we prepare a custom proposal. A signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer secure your date. We aim to respond within two business days.
How far in advance should we inquire?
As soon as your venue and date are confirmed, especially for peak-season Saturdays. Availability is not guaranteed until the contract and retainer are received.
Design & Rentals
Do you provide florals?
Yes. We offer fresh and premium silk floral design for ceremony structures, installations, centerpieces and reception details. Floral scope is customized for each event.
Can you provide linens and tablescape rentals?
Yes. Our curated inventory includes premium satin and matte velvet tablecloths, coordinating napkins, candles, cordless table lamps and layered tabletop details. Availability depends on quantity, color and date.
Do you create custom backdrops and installations?
Yes. Custom painting and fabrication are central to our work. We create original backdrops, signage, dimensional details and statement installations designed for your venue.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
Yes. Our rentals include children’s and adult tables and chairs, specialty tables, Chiavari chairs and styled place settings, coordinated to your design.
Do you deliver, install and remove the design?
Delivery and professional installation are included in the scope of each proposal. Removal is provided when it is included in your proposal or required by the venue.
Services
Do you offer balloons only?
Balloons are one medium within our design work rather than a standalone product. For simple self-serve options, see our Celebration Pickup Shop; for styled installations, balloons are designed as part of your event.
Do you provide soft play areas or character entertainment?
No. We do not provide soft play areas or character entertainment, and we recommend booking those through companies that specialize in them. We are happy to provide referrals. (Bounce houses are available as a celebration rental.)
Weddings
Are you a wedding planner or day-of coordinator?
We are an event design and décor studio — not a wedding planning or day-of coordination firm. We collaborate closely with your planner, venue and vendor team on access, measurements, load-in and removal so the design is installed on schedule.
Can we book only one part of the wedding?
Yes. Depending on the date and scope, we can design a statement ceremony area, sweetheart table, reception installation or another focused part of the wedding.
Forno Via
Is Forno Via catering included?
No. Forno Via is our optional sister catering brand, booked and priced separately, and available only where the venue permits outside catering and trailer access. Catering is never included in Events by Juna design pricing.
